Sealed bids will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for intersection improvements for Atlanta Highway at Jackson Trail Road and Bowman Mill Road in Barrow County.

Bids will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 18, 2026. Any bid received after said time and date, will not be considered by Owner. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the Commission Meeting Room on the Second Floor of the Historic Courthouse at the above address at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. All bids will be evaluated and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the bid opening.

Each bid must be in accordance with specifications and must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Owner.
