Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor,
materials, tools, equipment, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to clean, prepare, and paint,
approximately 8,000 square feet of the exterior walls and approximately 400 square feet of interior
walls, including roof flashing, handrails, and concrete curbs.
The services shall be performed at the Caltrans District 3 Equipment Shop front office building,
located at 981 North Beale Road, Marysville, CA 95901, in Yuba County.
