BD27-9 River Rafts USFS Fuel Break Mowing - Box Elder County

The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: mechanical mowing of specified brushes and grasses within a 275-foot fuel break on both sides of designated roads on 337 acres of the Sawtooth National Forest northwest of Park Valley, UT by November 15th, 2026.
Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: 60 Days from official Notice to Proceed
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
