This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** This project consists of surgical structural repairs and restoration including selective demolition and replacement of columns, selective demolition and replacement of masonry, and mass shoring and resupport of existing timber beams and trusses on new columns. Carpentry work shall be considered architectural and highly skilled in craftsmanship. Shoring is to be installed in a planned methodical sequence under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Architectural work includes removal and restoration of historical windows, doors, and trim. Select removal and reinstallation of electrical circuits and fixtures are to be performed as required. Complete exterior and new interior work to be painted. Work includes minor grading, seed and straw, and drainage lines at the exterior.
