Project Description: The scope of construction includes renovating approximately 2,200 S.F., of existing floor space at the facility in order to provide space for a training facility. The proposed training facility will contain a reception area, conference room, training classroom for 15 students, and restrooms. The scope of work is more fully described in the project specifications herein and on the project plans.
This project is a multi-prime contract. The primes are General, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
