The Kern County Superintendent of Schools (KCSOS) in partnership with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development and evaluation plan specifically for the Student Teacher Stipend Program and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification Grants Program.
