Bids open to Hawaii Dealers only.

Under HRS 103D-310(c),if bid exceeds $2,500, vendors must provide proof of compliance
with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to
obtain a copy of their \"Certificate of Vendor Compliance\" via Hawaii Compliance Express
and attach it to their bid. To register with Hawaii Compliance Express, go to
https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/splash/welcome.html

All bidders must be compliant in Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of bidding,
issuance of purchase order and when payment is made.

Bids must be for new items. Damaged, used, or refurbished items will not be accepted.

All sales tax, shipping/delivery fees, and optional equipment installation to be included
in the final price.

All bidders must include the make, model and specifications of each cart in the bid.

Award based on total aggregate bid.

Vendor must accept a Purchase Order and bill the buyer via an invoice at the time of
shipment/delivery.

Bid must be good for 90 days.

Quantity subject to change based on funding.

Delivery must be made within 180 days A.R.O.

Bidders must have a service representative permanently located on the island of Oahu to
provide manufacturer equipment
maintenance and repair services by a qualified/certified trained technician.

Subject to prior approval if making substitutions, we reserve the right to determine
equivalency.
