Purchase and Delivery of Furniture for Chatham County Fire Department

Project Description: Chatham County is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for the furnishing, warranty, and delivery of commercial-duty furniture for multiple Chatham County Fire Department fire stations. The intent of this procurement is to establish a consistent furniture standard suitable for continuous twenty-four-hour public-safety occupancy. All products shall be new and unused current-production products. Furniture shall be commercial-duty, durable, cleanable, serviceable, and suitable for high-use fire station living environments. Equal or greater capability products may be accepted when they meet or exceed the requirements stated herein and provide a substantially similar coordinated appearance. Pricing shall include all manufacturing, freight, inside delivery to the designated location, required hardware, and warranty unless a cost is specifically identified separately. Final quantities may be adjusted by Chatham County in accordance with applicable procurement policies.
