Project Description: Harris Health is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with the experience, capabilities and proven qualifications to provide Inpatient Psychiatric Services for adult and adolescent patients of Harris Health for a term beginning on or about July 1, 2026 and ending twelve (12) months thereafter. The purpose of the contract is to ensure timely access to Inpatient Behavioral Health services for eligible patients when Harris Health facilities lack capacity, while maintaining compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
