Project Description: The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority (SARAA), owner and operator of the Harrisburg International Airport (HIA), also known as MDT, is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the design, construction, operation, and leasing of new cargo facilities at Harrisburg International Airport. This project involves the development of two parcels of land, with the potential of three parcels, designed to maximize the airport's cargo support and infrastructure needs in line with the Authority’s mission and vision statement. The project areas are situated to the northeast of the terminal along Airport Drive and are wholly located in Lower Swatara Township near Middletown, PA.
