Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from non-profits, community organizations, or qualified firms/individuals, for a program that will utilize a City-owned commercial property in the Fourth Plain neighborhood located at 2607 NE Andresen Road, Vancouver, WA 98661 (“Building”) for purposes of promoting small business and economic development through workforce development training, providing below market commercial leases to small business and offering business technical assistance to support small businesses around the Fourth Plain area of Vancouver (please see Attachment B which contains photos of exterior and interior of the building).
