Pleasant Grove Center Street and 600 West Improvements Project

Project Description: Pleasant Grove City Public Works/Engineering Department, “City” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, “Proposer” to provide engineering design and construction engineering management services related to the Center Street and 600 West Improvements Project that is anticipated to be constructed in 2029 depending on railroad coordination.
Pleasant Grove City has acquired funding from Utah County through the Mountain Land Transportation Funding program. Utah County will be the program manager.
The Project involves a re-alignment of the 600 West and Center Street intersection with a new high-T signal to improve traffic flow on State Street. This project will consist of abandoning the existing 600 West intersection and installing a new intersection to the east. The new high T signal will include railroad crossing upgrades for both directions. Signal infrastructure will be installed to coordinate the timing of the State Street signal, 600 West signal, and the railroad crossings.
City culinary water, sewer, and storm drain facilities will need to be relocated and/or replaced.

Interested Proposers must attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the project and to ask questions about this RFP. The pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday August 17, 2026 at 1:00 pm. It will be held in person at the Community Room located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062.
