The Estuary Transit District (ETD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to obtain Sealed proposals to satisfy Estuary Transit District need for Bus Sign’s, Poles, and Shelter Installation for its fixed and deviated-fixed route services. It’s the goal of this proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to meet this need.
