Project Description: The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) proposals from qualified code inspectors and plan reviewers to perform work for public school construction projects.
*A mandatory meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026 @ 1:00 PM. Attendance by all code inspectors and plan reviewers seeking prequalification is required either in person or virtually. See the solicitation schedule in the solicitation document for details.
*A separate U3P event posting for the prequalificatipn of contractors has been issued under U3P event #JJ27001.
