Project Description: It is the intent of the City of Brownsville, Texas to solicit sealed competitive bids to establish a term contract for Excavation, Loading, and Hauling Services, including excavation, loading, and the hauling/transportation of soil, sand, clay, and other related materials, as needed by the City of Brownsville. The awarded contract will be utilized on an as-needed basis to support City operations, maintenance activities, and construction-related projects.
