Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to perform repair and resurfacing of ceilings, floors, and walls with specialized industrial coatings. Services will be performed at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center (“ADC”) located at 10520 Judicial Drive, Fairfax, Virginia 22030. The County may add additional locations as needed.
