RFP: Refuse Truck Rental and Related Products and Services

The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Refuse Truck Rental and Related Products and Services. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti .

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver (City) seeks to establish a contract(s) with a qualified Contractor(s) for the rental of trucks for refuse, recycling, organics, bulk collections, and cart delivery services (“Rental Trucks”) on an as-needed basis. Multiple rental truck contracts may be awarded.

Questions Deadline: August 12, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time.

Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Proposals are due at 2:00 p.m. on August 26, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage Requirement: City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
