Demolition and abandonment of service connections at Rainbow 11 and Rainbow 12 Flow Control Facilities. Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, shoring and sheeting, welding of blind flanges, demolition of existing steel pipes, removal and salvage of existing valves and appurtenances, removal of existing structure at pipe penetrations, reconstruction of structure penetrations after pipe removal, abandonment of 16- to 24-inch diameter piping, and encasement of abandoned pipe ends.
