MATERIAL
Phosphoric Acid 75%.
QUANTITIES
It is estimated that the City may purchase during each year of the contract, three truckloads of phosphoric acid 75% in truckload quantities of 45,000 lbs. each. The estimated total quantities are not intended as a guarantee of minimum or maximum to be purchased under this contract; actual purchases may be more or less.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND EXTENSIONS
The contract shall be in effect for a one-year period, commencing on or about January 1, 2027, and expiring on or about December 31, 2027, depending upon date of approval, subject to the availablity of funds and the following renewal and/or cancellation options.
