The purpose of this notice is to release a Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to industry. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking feedback for the National Dialysis Services requirement.
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This Draft RFP is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is seeking feedback from any potential offerors that choose to provide it. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Draft RFP. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party s expense.

All information provided in these draft documents are notional, and the Government may add, remove, or change them before the RFP is released.
Information Requested: Interested offerors are invited to submit comments to the Government to ensure the Draft RFP is understood and clear for any future Request for Proposal that may result from feedback received. Any feedback or clarification requested will help the Government to ensure that the resultant RFP accurately and clearly describes the intended work to meet the Government s requirements. The Government welcomes industry feedback with respect to any of the documents provided in this posting. Any information received in response to this Draft RFP that is marked PROPRIETARY will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified.
