ADDENDUM NO.1
March 10th, 2026
This addendum summarizes questions raised regarding the RSFQ-Station 95 and provides
corresponding answers for clarifications and record-keeping. This addendum consist of one
(1) page.
Q1. As we evaluate the civil engineering and surveying scope, we wanted to see if the
District could provide any additional information regarding the anticipated site work.
Specifically, we are hoping to better understand what types of site improvements may be
included as part of the remodel and expansion, such as work outside of the building
footprint or elsewhere on the property.
A1. The project is still in the early stages, and we do not anticipate any additional site or civil
scope beyond what is currently described in the RFSQ Section II: Scope of Work 2.2.3..
Updates or revisions to the scope of work will be address through an addendum and will be
listed on our website www.fresnocountyfire.org.
