NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS TASKS)

GSIN: R019BF Stream 2: 2.3 Business Consultant, 2.6 Change Management Consultant, 2.8 Business Architect, 2.14 Subject Matter expert; and Stream 3: 3.1 Project Administrator, 3.2 Project Manager, 3.6 Risk Management Specialist, 3.11 Communications Consultant.

Requirement Details

Tendering Procedure:        Selective Tendering

This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region under Stream 2: 2.3 Business Consultant, 2.6 Change Management Consultant, 2.8 Business Architect, 2.14 Subject Matter expert; and Stream 3: 3.1 Project Administrator, 3.2 Project Manager, 3.6 Risk Management Specialist, 3.11 Communications Consultant.

Description of Work:

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) is seeking to select a single Contractor that will provide services and deliverables, required to plan and implement a comprehensive Insider Risk Management (InRM) program. OSFI envisions that the work will be delivered under the contract will be approved and executed through a series of work packages, authorized through approved Task Authorizations, subject to Contractor performance and availability of funding.
