This is a full and open competition solicitation.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov).
For SDVOSB vendors offerors must be registered at SBA Small Business Search at https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ as a SDVOSB
Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The NAICS code for the solicitation is 325413 with a size standard of 1,250 Employees.

The VA anticipates one Firm Fixed Price award to provide supplies to the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, Minneapolis MN 55417.
