Request for Proposals: U.S. DOT Funded Curb Management Technology (through City of Minneapolis)

The Cities of Minneapolis and Seattle have issued a joint RFP to solicit for various curb management technologies using funds granted by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Interested vendors must visit Minneapolis's website to view the RFP and to submit a proposal. Vendors may propose to one or both Cities. Proposals will only be accepted through Minneapolis who is serving as the lead agency of this solicitation. This posting is for advertisement purposes only.

The Cities of Seattle and Minneapolis jointly applied for and have been awarded a Strengthening Mobility and Revolutionizing Transportation (SMART) Stage 2 grant. The City of Minneapolis is the lead recipient, with the City of Seattle serving as a subrecipient. The grant period is 5/15/2025 - 5/14/2028. The award amount was $14,849,730.00 to Minneapolis, with $6,476,550.00 reserved for the City of Seattle.
