Description
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Albany, Procurement Division, Suite 260, 222 Pine Avenue, Albany, Georgia, until 2:30 p.m., September 15, 2025 for Janitorial and Custodial Services at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) at 201 W. Oglethorpe Blvd, Albany, Georgia 31701 to be performed in accordance with this bid document, specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and all other contract provisions. Contract shall be for one (1) year with no further options to renew.
