Project Description: The Port of Galveston is proposing reconstruction of Old Port Industrial Internal Roadway. It will be widened to create a center turn lane. Development of roadway includes new reinforced concrete pavement and installing new roadway lighting, improvements to existing rail crossings, storm sewer and waterline system.
