The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, is seeking sealed bids from a qualified vendor to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for generators at various City Locations, as specified in the Bid Form. The City intends to select one vendor to perform recurring generator maintenance and repair services, as well as to address a broad range of generator-related needs across various City departments on an as needed basis, as detailed in Exhibit C.

The City of Hutto will consider bids from business entities that demonstrate the ability to provide the required maintenance and repair services in compliance with this solicitation, following all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award.
