The City will be accepting sealed bids submitted online ONLY via
Bonfire
. Until 2pm on April 18, 2025. Hard copies will not be accepted; late submissions will not be accepted.
The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, is seeking sealed bids for the removal and replacement of existing sidewalks as detailed in herein.
The City of Hutto will consider bids from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this Solicitation, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award.
