The State of Connecticut is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to establish statewide contracts for Career and Technical Education (CTE) and workforce readiness training equipment and instructional technology used by Connecticut Technical Education and Career Systems (CTECS) and the Department of Correction (DOC).
