RFSQ Painting Contractors - Category B

Project Description: West Ada School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified public works contractors interested in providing painting services for District facilities. The anticipated work includes building-wide and area-wide interior and exterior painting projects, surface preparation, coating application, and related painting improvements at school and support facilities. This Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) constitutes Phase One of the District's Category B procurement process pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2805(2)(b).
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of prequalified contractors eligible to participate in future project-specific bidding opportunities for a period of five (5) years.
No pricing is requested or will be evaluated as part of this solicitation. Contractors selected through the prequalification process will be eligible to participate in future sealed bid opportunities issued by the District.
