REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : Staffing and Services for the Westchester CST RFP

The County of Westchester, acting by and through its Department of Community Mental Health (“DCMH”), is seeking proposals from agencies or organizations to create a Crisis Stabilization Team (“CST”), comprised of family support, peer support, and social worker/ Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) services. The CST will provide pre-arrest alternatives to incarceration care coordination (“ATI”) to individuals in the community.
