The Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes to have air conditioning filters removed and new air conditioning filters installed on a quarterly basis at our J.B. Taylor Diagnostic Laboratory (Elba Laboratory) located at 495 State Road 203, Elba, AL. 36323.

Specifications:

(1) Scope Of Service: Filters to be removed and new ones installed every quarter:
(a) Filter - Size: 20x25x4 - Quantity: 12
(b) Filter - Size: 16x25x1 - Quantity: 3

(2) Scope Of Service: Trip Charge to remove and install air conditioning filters on a quarterly basis.

Quarters:

October 2026 through December 2026 (1st Quarter)
January 2027 through March 2027 (2nd Quarter)
April 2027 through June 2027 (3rd Quarter)
July 2027 through September 2027 (4th Quarter)

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
