The Town of Waterford Utility Commission is requesting sealed proposals through the Invitation to Bid process for the Cross Country Sewer Easement Access Contract 1-Phase 1. Sealed proposals shall be received for the Cross Country Sewer Easement Access Contract 1-Phase 1 through the Town’s e-Procurement Portal located at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/waterfordct/projects/165387 on or before the deadline date of September 19, 2025 at 2:00PM. Links for bid openings are included in each solicitation and can be found on the Town’s e-Procurement Portal. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for Wednesday September 3, 2025 at 1:00PM commencing at 100 Hartford Turnpike, Waterford CT 06385 (Conference Room).
