Scope of Work:
Remove existing island locker banks and pedestal bases in Hall 7 and Hall 12. Remove existing partial floor tiles and install new quarry tile at the locations of removed locker banks to match the existing quarry tiles. Remove and replace existing walk-off carpet tiles with new in the Hall 12 courtyard entry.
Sealed bids for the Locker Removal and Flooring Replacement at Robert McQueen High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on September 19, 2025. The bids will
be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

5, 2025, Robert McQueen High School (Meet In Front Of The Office) 6055 Lancer Street, Reno, NV 89523. Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
