This Addendum No. 1 serves to provide clarification and additional information regarding the RFQ released by the Town of Pecos City for professional services to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) in accordance with the USDOT SS4A grant program. This Addendum No. 1 encompasses any question received prior to 5:00 PM (CDT) on August 21, 2025. Any further questions will be answered in an additional addendum on August 28th, 2025.
