20’ Standard Height (20’x8’x8’6”) New Storage Container with Delivery and Ground
Placement. Waterproof, sealed roof/ceiling and flat, even floor for easy storage, more
than one watertight access door would be ideal;

or approved equivalent(Vendor must coordinate delivery to ensure a WCC staff member will
be there in person, to confirm location of container placement). All prices are f.o.b.
(free on board) destination, including all applicable taxes. Under HRS 103D-310A(c),
vendors must provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business
in the State of Hawaii.

Vendors need to obtain a copy of their “Certificate of Vendor Compliance” via
Hawaii Compliance Express and attach it to their bid. To register with Hawaii Compliance

Subject to prior approval if making substitutes, we reserve the right to determine
equivalency. Email with specs if making substitutions or if you have questions.
Quantity subject to change based on availability of funds. Quote must be valid for 90
