1.0 Scope of Solicitation – Naming Rights of District Facilities. It is the intention of the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (CFISD or District) to establish naming rights sponsors for one or more of the following district facilities:

1. Berry Center

A. Berry Center Stadium (currently named Cy-Fair FCU Stadium)
B. Berry Center Arena
C. Berry Center Conference Center
D. Berry Center Theatre

2. Pridgeon Stadium Field

3. Natatorium

4. Visual and Performing Arts Center
