Solicitation Description:

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking a contractor to develop, budget, and implement outreach and education tasks.

Besides assisting other areas within TCEQ, when requested, the primary focus of the contractor will be to assist AGD in maximizing program participation through various outreach and education activities, including public service announcements, media buying, billboard advertising, direct mail, email marketing, social media campaigns, paid search services, media library creation, and animated explainer videos in both English and Spanish. The Contract will commence on November 1, 2025, or the date of last Contract Signature, whichever is later, and continue through August 31, 2026. This Contract may be renewed for three (3) one-year terms.
