Description
The City of Roswell Council, the governing authority of the City of Roswell, Georgia (¿the City¿), seeking GDOT Prequalified Contractors for Work Class: 400 - HOT MIX ASPHALTIC CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION and Work Class: 432 - MILL ASPHALT PAVEMENT. The project consists of resurfacing a total of 46 roads (approximately 14.2 centerline miles) and three (3) Parks facilities within the City of Roswell. One hundred and twenty (120) calendar days have been set aside for repaving the roads with a separate deadline of September 30, 2026, for completing all paving in all Parks facilities contained within this scope.
