PEALIQUOR ROAD STORMWATER MANAGEMENT, CLIMATE RESILIENCE & WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS

The County Commissioners of Caroline County, on behalf of the Caroline County Department of Planning and Codes, are accepting proposals for the construction of stormwater management, climate resilience & water quality improvements within the drainage basin on Pealiquor Road, Denton, Maryland, including:

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, @ 10:00 am on-site at 24656 Pealiquor Road in Denton, Maryland . After the Pre-Bid meeting, a site walk-through of all proposed work areas will be held. This is the bidders' opportunity to enter the private property during the bidding process. Bidders shall not enter the private properties listed in the bid form at any time during the bid process.

Bids must be received in the offices of the Caroline County Commissioners, County Courthouse located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629 , by no later than Wednesday, March 26ᵗʰ @ 10:00 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
