Description
The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, site restoration, and related services for a residential structure located at 6970 Braswell Street, Lithonia, GA 30058 (Parcel ID 16 154 02 008). Scope includes structure demolition, debris removal, foundation removal (where required), site grading/stabilization, erosion control, and site restoration. A mandatory Pre-Site Visit will be held Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Quotes are due July 28, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. ET.
