The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to issue under the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Basic Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to issue a sole source under FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules and FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) – Solicitating from a single source. This requirement is for AutoCAD Software. The applicable NAICS Code is 335999. AFSC/PZIOA at Tinker AFB, OK intends to award a sole source order to DLT Solutions, LLC 2411 Dulles Corner Park Suite 800, Herndon, Virginia 20171-6168 under ESI BPA contract N66001-19-A-0051. All orders placed against this BPA are subject to terms and conditions of the FSS contract. Per DFARS 208.7402, departments and agencies shall fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, in accordance with the DoD ESI. As such, DoD ESI is the mandatory source for software and software maintenance agreements. All Orders placed against this BPA are subject to the terms and conditions of the FSS Contract.
