The RFQ package can be obtained on the Procurement page of the Town of Nantucket's website at www.nantucket-ma.gov/199/Procurement beginning February 26, 2025. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Land Bank Office located at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554 up until the deadline of 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

An optional site visit/conference will be conducted on March 5, 2025 at 11:00 am. The conference will commence at the Land Bank Offices at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554 and conclude with visits to each site. Proposers who plan to attend are asked to notify the Special Projects Coordinator no later than 12:00 pm on March 3, 2025, by email to eantonietti@nantucketlandbank.org.
