Vendor to provide FY27 general pest control service at the following Army National Guard locations:

UTES #1, BLDG 8424:  1400 Gate 3 Rd Alexandria, Alabama (9,490 SQFT + 2,075 SQ Supporting Buildings)
UTES #1 CCP, BLDG 8406: 1431 Gate 3 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (7,356 SQFT + 2,695 SQFT Supporting Building)
Storage Building, Clarke Range Complex: BLDG 8418, Gate 3 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (1,325 SQFT)
Clarke Range Fire Station, BLDG. 8315: Gate 3 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (13,603 SQFT + 1,080 SQFT Supporting Buildings)
Clarke Range SOT-D, BLDG. 8202: 2837 Gate 5 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (9,303 SQFT + 2,632 SQFT Supporting Buildings)
Clarke Range ASP:  Gate 3 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (10,754 SQFT 7 Total Buildings)
Clarke Range AFRC, BLDG. 8427: Gate 3 Rd. Alexandria, Alabama (30,625 SQFT + 1,029 Supporting Building w/aggregate)

Service Period: 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2027

Facilities to be serviced and billed on a quarterly basis.
Facility should be notified of scheduled service dates no later than 2 weeks prior to service.
All 4th quarter services should be completed and invoiced no later than August 16, 2027.
Delivery of services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday - Friday.

Vendor Paid in Arrears

General pest service to include: Rodents, crawling insects, flying insects.
General pest service does NOT include termite treatment.

Delivery of goods and services must occur during normal duty hours of 0730-1730 Tuesday – Friday.
