As part of the Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery Master Plan, the state of Connecticut’s Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking land in Connecticut to develop a new Veterans Cemetery. The Connecticut Administrative Services will accept proposals for site offerings from property owners or their authorized representative(s) through 3 p.m. on February 28, 2025, to offer for sale up to 50 +/- acres of buildable land, suitable for future use as a cemetery. Only sale proposals will be accepted for review; no lease proposals will be considered. Offers from option holders will not be considered.
