PRJ_2515 HAZEL PARKER PLYGRD

TENNIS COURT RENOVATION

The City of Charleston is soliciting bids for renovations to an existing tennis court at Hazel Parker Playground. Scope includes limited demolition, asphalt paving, concrete paving, fencing, and associated site construction activities.

Estimated cost is $125,000 - $150,000.

PRE-BID meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.

On-site (70 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29401).

Attendance is VOLUNTARY but is strongly encouraged.

BIDS will be received until Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened.

BID OPENING LOCATION: Department of Parks, Conf. Rm A (2 ^nd Floor),

823 Meeting Street, Charleston, 29403.
