The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking quotes for monthly garbage service for our Pesticide Residue Laboratory and State Chemical Laboratory located at 1171 Wire Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Specifications:

(1) Description of Service: Supplier to provide one (8) yard frontload container to be serviced one time per week.  Any additional fees to include fuel surcharge must be incorporated in monthly price.

Service Location: Pesticide Residue Laboratory and State Chemical Laboratory, 1171 Wire Road, Auburn AL 36832.

Service period: 10/1/2026 through 9/30/2027

12 @ $____________ per month.
(2) Description of Service: Supplier is to provide additional pickups (if needed) to be billed per container, per request.  Agency representative will contact vendor when additional pickup is needed.

The brands and model numbers referenced provide a level of quality, and unless otherwise specified, are not restrictive. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide a complete model/part number as well as descriptive/technical literature for consideration and evaluation with their quote. Reference to literature with a previous solicitation will not satisfy this requirement.  Failure to provide the required literature may result in the rejection of the supplier’s response.
