Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Environmental Compliance Branch, Falls Church, VA intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Brice Engineering LLC, Anchorage, Alaska for follow on requirements. This requirement is for CERCLA Project Management support for sites/units within San Diego Bay National Wildlife Refuge Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) actions. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform CERCLA Project Management. The contractor (CERCLA Project Manager) shall perform 32 hours per week to the standards in this requirement. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities in writing. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
