Texas Woman’s University (“TWU”) is seekingcompetitive responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for search assistancefor Vice President for University Advancement and Alumni Engagement andExecutive Director of the TWU Foundation. This cabinet-level role reports directly to the Chancellor and Presidentand is responsible for strategic leadership and oversight of all fundraising,alumni engagement, and foundation operations across the TWU System.  This RFP provides sufficient information forinterested parties (“Proposers”) to prepare and submit Proposals forconsideration byTWU.  Additional information may be madeavailable by written request to the point of contact indicatedprovided on the RFP coversheet.

The Proposal should be prepared simplyand economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of the Proposer’sability to meet the requirements of this RFP. Emphasis should be on completeness, clarity of content, responsivenessto the requirements, and an understanding of TWU’s needs.

By submitting a Proposal, the Proposercertifies that it understands this RFP and has full knowledge of the scope,nature, quality, and quantity of the work to be performed, the detailedrequirements of the Services to be provided, and the conditions under which theServices are to be performed.  TheProposer also understands that all costs relating to preparing and respondingto this RFP will be the sole responsibility of the Proposer.  If selected by TWU, the Proposer will notifyTWU immediately of any material change in any matters with regard to which the Proposerhas made a statement or representation or provided information.

Proposers are cautioned to read the informationcontained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) carefully and to submit a completeresponse to all requirements and questions as directed .
