INVITATION TO BID
PENNSYLVANIA WESTERN UNIVERSITY – CLARION CAMPUS PWCL-25001: MH18 Tunnel Roof Repairs Penn West University – Clarion Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included for the Penn West Clarion Campus under this Project consists of removing and replacing approximately twenty feet of steam tunnel roof near vault MH18. Electrical conduits will need to be relocated to accommodate the replacement of the tunnel roof. Concrete spall repairs within vault MH18 are also proposed for this project Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and su |
